About a month ago I was contacted by Firmoo to review a pair of free eyeglasses. While yes, I got the glasses free (how could I say no?), even when you purchase glasses through Firmoo they are so reasonable. That is something I can get behind. I've been wearing glasses since Kindergarten, and I am well aware of the high cost of glasses. So to find a company that is making glasses far more affordable? Well, I think it's pretty cool.
Because they are so affordable, you can buy more than one pair (!!!) and have a little fun with it, for once! So I for one, decided that I needed to indulge my inner nerd a bit. My inner hipster, if you will. Yep, I wanted to rock the big ol' glasses like my parent's used to in our old family photos.

So how do I like them? The glasses themselves are great quality, very sturdy. They come with a great hard case, a glasses cleaning cloth (which I love), and some extra screws and tools to repair your glasses if need be. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate that as I am notorious for losing screws out the sides of my glasses.
As far as the important part, you know, seeing,... I can see so clearly. Though in full disclosure, they will take some time for me to get used to. My glasses I was wearing before I received the new ones didn't match my actual current contact prescription. Due to the high price of glasses (typically) my frames were 7 years old (yeah...)! So having glasses in a different prescription is something to get used to and feels pretty weird, but I am confident that I will get acclimated to actually wearing the right glasses.
